Typical recommendations for when MasterProtect P 150 can be applied to a concrete, masonry, or stucco substrate would include but not be limited to;

The substrate moisture content should be below 12% when tested with a surface moisture meter.
Concrete substrates should have reached 80% of its design strength.
Surface pH of masonry or stucco should be at 12 pH or below.
